Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• "We," "Us," "Our," "Company" refers to SukhSaathi and its representatives
• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to the person or entity using our services
• "Helper," "Service Provider" refers to domestic workers, caregivers, and professionals registered with SukhSaathi
• "Services" refers to household help, childcare, elderly care, and related services facilitated by SukhSaathi
• "Platform" refers to the SukhSaathi website, mobile application, and related digital channels

2. Service Description

1. SukhSaathi is a platform that connects customers with verified household helpers and caregivers.
2. We act as an intermediary and facilitator between customers and service providers. We are not an employment agency.
3. Services include but are not limited to: domestic help, cooking, childcare, elderly care, cleaning, laundry, and pet care.
4. All services are subject to availability in your area.

3. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. One account per household/individual is permitted.

4. Registration and Booking

1. To book services, you must register on our platform with valid contact details and address.
2. You agree to provide truthful information about your service requirements.
3. Booking confirmation will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours.
4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

5. Verification and Background Checks

1. All helpers undergo basic background verification including: Identity verification (Aadhaar card), Previous employer references, Skills assessment.
2. While we conduct reasonable verification, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information provided by helpers.
3. Customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any helper.
4. SukhSaathi is not liable for any misrepresentation by helpers despite our verification process.

6. Pricing and Payments

1. Service Fees:
   • Placement Fee: One-time non-refundable fee charged at the time of service confirmation
   • Monthly Subscription: Recurring fee based on selected service plan
   • Helper Salary: To be paid directly to the SukhSaathi as per chosen payment method
2. Payment Terms:
   • Placement fee must be paid before helper placement
   • Monthly charges are due on the 1st of every month
   • Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or net banking
   • Late payments may attract a penalty of ₹100 per day after a 3-day grace period
3. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing customers will be informed before any price change takes effect.
4. Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
